Entry  Information
*Entry  Fees MUST accompany  entry forms.
 *No  telephone entries accepted.
 *Make  checks payable to: Illini Poultry Show.
 *No  refunds on entry fees.
*Swap  and Camping fee must be included with entry.
*Health  papers must be provided for all birds in the swap section per State of IL
  law.  Included inside and outside  sellers.  Cages must be paid for  at the time of entry.  All  exhibitors going to sell outside must have fees for outside selling enclosed  with your entry form.
*  Be sure that all entries are properly marked: Bantam, Large Fowl, Duck, Goose,
  Turkey, Bearded/Non Bearded, Single/Rose Comb. Questions will result in a collect phone  call.

 *ALL ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN AUGUST 30,  2014

Show guidelines

* Illini Poultry Club reserves the right to reject any or  all entries.
 * ONLY the judges and  their clerk shall be allowed in the aisles or permitted to talk to the judge.  PLEASE be respectful and  wait until the judge has time to answer any  questions.
 * Exhibitor’s Table:  Upon arriving at the show please check
in at the exhibitor’s table to receive your exhibitor number and exhibitor
list.
* ALL CHICKENS MUST BE TESTED (each year) FOR PULLORUM-TYPHOID.
 * Any birds showing signs of illness will be removed from the poultry buildings (show or swap) by the show  superintendent.
 * A display will consist  of at least one each of cock, hen, cockerel, pullet, and trio (young or old) of  the same variety.  Waterfowl  displays are cock, hen, cockerel, pullet, and 3 others of the same  breed.
 * Cockerels and pullets  shall be under one year of age.
 *Feed and water will be  provided.  Show people must care
for their own birds.
 *IPC will not be held  responsble for specials offered by any person or  clubs.
 All winner(s) names will  be Sent to the club responsible.
 *If you wish to donate an  award please send it with at the time of entry so that the winner may receive  it at the awards ceremony.  Thank  you for your donations.
 *IPC or its officials will  not be held responsible for the loss, sickness, or injury to any bird on the  show grounds.  NOR will we be held  responsible for caring for any birds left behind after coop out. ( The local  4-Her will appreciate your donation.
 *Official APA &ABA  rules shall apply.
*ALL poultry shall  remain in their designated coops until release from the show
superintendent.
 ANY birds removed early  without permission will forfeit ALL awards and  points.
 *Any person winning a spot
on champion row is responsible for talking their bird up to champion row and
  placing it in the appropriate cage.
 * Any case not provided  for in these rules will be referred to the show officials and their decision  shall be FINAL.
 * The judges will not  award 1stplace to a bird not worthy of the placement due to  lack of  competition.
 *Swap Information: Anyone  selling at the swap needs to show health papers    and  check in at main desk for a  large card to be displayed in the front window of your vehicle.   Anyone not displaying a card will be asked to leave or purchase one for
$15.00.
